Fluffy Pancakes!!! Low Carb, Low Sugar and HIGH protein!

I have a slight addiction to breakfast food and can pretty much eat breakfast food for any meal of the day so there is a recipe on here for an almond butter pancake which is delicious, but sometimes when I am trying to cut a little fat out of my diet I go for more of just a traditional homemade pancake style that taste pretty darn close to regular pancakes! These are super easy to make and cook really fast so just be careful when putting it on the stove top.

Ingredients:
1/2  Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1/4 cup oat flour
2 egg whites or 1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 tbsp Non Fat Plain greek yogurt
Cinnamon

Use non-stick cooking spray on skillet. Pre-heat skillet on medium. Combine all ingredients together and whisk until consistency is smooth (it might seem a little runny, but that's normal they still come out like pancakes). Pour into skillet like regular pancake batter. When I did this, I came out with 4 pancakes that were thin but delicious! Top with 1/4 cup sugar free syrup and cinnamon and enjoy!

Here is the nutritional info on these bad boys!
