Apple Pie Shake!!

I will be honest, I am not a huge Apple Pie fan when it comes time for BBQ's, Thanksgiving, Christmas and all the fun holidays...BUT I will say I am a fan of this Apple Pie concoction! This one has a little more ingredients then some of the other shakes, but still is very lean, clean and full of protein and antioxidants. This shake is great to curb your night time sweet tooth or to give you a pick me up after a workout. Anyway you want it is totally up to you!


Ingredients!

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
2 Packets of Stevia
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Pinch of Nutmeg or Apple Pie Spice
1/4 cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup crushed ice (add ice based on desired consistency)

Fat 1g
Carbs 10g
Sugar 6
Protein 31g



Just throw all the ingredients into a blender and enjoy! You can top with 2 tbsp of Fat Free Whipped Topping and Sprinkle with Cinnamon for some added dessert like taste or you can drink it as it is on here and it is still amazing!!
