3 week Detox Starts Today!


For those of you who have 4th of July plans or awesome vacations coming up and need to kick start your workout or weight loss regimen today is the day to start the 3 week Detox! It doesn't cost anything, you don't have to go purchase any special kit it's just simple a Lean Clean Eating plan to follow and I'll be doing it with you so don't worry you're not by yourself! 

The Eating Plan is very similar to a Paleo Diet which is based around eating food in its most natural form, eliminating processed foods and sugar. Here is the basics of it:

Basically a clean lean diet: fruits, veggies, only lean white meat of fish/chicken breast/lean turkey, raw nuts, no alcohol, no dairy except eggs, legumes, and for seasonings use olive oils, coconut oils, flaxseed and sesame oils, no butter, caffeine limited to two cups of coffee or switch to green tea, and last thing only sugar comes from fruits or stevia supplements, no bread but can have oats, barley, quinoa, and sweet potatoes. Oh and Lean Protein Powders (no artificial sweeteners, lactose, sugar, or crap) You're going to eat 4-5 meals a day, no carbs at your last meal except from starchy veggies. Drink a gallon of water a day. No added salt to anything. Start today Take a before photo and then after three weeks take your after photo! 

The deal is that after 3 weeks whoever has the best After picture will get a free week of training! This is available online too so for those of you who do not live in the Tampa area, don't worry you can participate too! When you are structuring your meals throughout the day make them as simple as possible.  For example, my breakfast this morning was 1/2 cup cooked of oats mixed with 1 scoop protein powder seasoned with cinnamon and stevia. Do not over complicate it just think of what is in it's more natural form. 

Obviously incorporating exercise with this detox will increase your results, but follow this plan and come July 4th you'll be ready for all the holiday festivities and vacations!
