How to drink without ruining your DIET!

First things clients ask when going on their new weight loss program... "So...am I allowed to drink on this program?". While I usually advise against it when trying to lose weight, I realize that socializing and enjoying life are a priority as well (or at least I would hope so). So here are the ways you can drink and still stick with your diet or at least not worry about packing on the extra pounds!
